If our customers aren’t happy, then we’re not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive pinata experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair, and transparent store policy. Shipping Policy
Every pinata is handmade. Each one takes about 5 to 7 days to process, and the shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location. Please contact us for rush orders since piñatas differ from one to another due to the size, shape, and shipping carrier time. Our office hours are from Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM. If you do have a question, please send it through the chat button.
At this time, we only ship piñatas to the US.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of custom-made pinatas, unless the pinata arrives damaged, we do not offer refunds or returns. If you do receive the pinata damaged, please provide an image of the pinata item so we can make a claim with the shipping carrier.
If you receive an item other than your purchase please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

All private information that is sent to us will remain confidential and will not be sold to other party systems.
